1. Order Processing Time (Time before dispatch)

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Customers will be notified via email if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable national courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or others depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time (from the date of dispatch):

Metro cities: 5-10 business days

Non-metro / remote areas: 5-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Flat ₹69 shipping Charge on all orders across India

Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Undeliverable or Rejected Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or unreachable contact information, the order will be marked as “undeliverable.”

Re-shipping charges may apply if you request re-delivery.
