Return, Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with rukis. We strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns
All sales made through rukis are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased. Once an order is confirmed, payment received, products dispatched and received by the customer, the sale is considered complete.
3. No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled, once placed. Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, shipping address, and payment, are correct before completing your purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your shipment appears damaged at delivery, we request that you:
- Do not accept the delivery and inform the delivery personnel that the shipment is damaged.
- Contact us within 24 hours at contact@rukisstickers.com with the order number and details of the damage.
Important: If the shipment is accepted despite visible damage, rukis will not be responsible for any damage claims. No replacements or remedies will be provided in such cases.
If the rejection is due to damage verified before acceptance, rukis can arrange a replacement shipment. It may take 48-72 hrs to investigate and arrange for a replacement. We request your patience
5. Missing Items
If any items are missing from your shipment:
Record an unedited video while opening the package, showing the entire packaging, the contents, and the missing item(s).
Contact us within 24 hours at contact@rukisstickers.com with your order number and the unedited video. The video must be shared as a Google drive link. No other direct uploads will be accepted.
Claims without an unedited video at the time of opening will not be entertained. Verified missing items will be sent separately after investigation. The missing items shipment may take 48-72 hrs for dispatch
Slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.
6. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You have reviewed your order details carefully.
You understand and agree to this No Returns, No Refunds, No Cancellations & No Replacement policy, except for verified damaged, defective, or missing items as described above.
